About the event
Sound is highly effective for helping you achieve a state of relaxation or a deeper state of meditation. Sound also has the ability to help the body clear out emotional blockages and find balance. Many report finding inner peace and feeling centered.
When you arrive, remove your shoes to enter the classroom and chose a yoga mat. You may have a water bottle with you. Each mat has a pillow and a blanket, as many find laying down once the sound starts is the most comfortable. Feel free to move about, meditate, pray, stretch, stand up or even nap during the Bath. You will be held in sound waves for 45-60 minutes. Your practitioner will be seated in the center of the classroom, and will walk around during the sound bath to play certain instruments over you.
