432 Hz Sound Class & SoundBath

Come join us from 7-8:30 pm for a hands-on class with Quartz Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Planetary bowls, chimes, tongue drums, chimes and bells all tuned to 432 hertz . After the class portion, we invite you to relax and experience a full SoundBath with 21 singing bowls.

About the event
Sound is highly effective for helping you achieve a deep state of relaxation, recharge, or find a deeper state of meditation. Sound also been reported to have the ability to help the body clear out emotional baggage. Many report finding inner peace and feeling centered, as well as better quality sleep.
When you arrive, seat yourself at a yoga mat or chair and meet your neighbors. Each section will have sound tools set out, please resist the urge to play the instruments until recieving instruction.
After the sound class portion, you may remain seated or find a spot on the floor for the SoundBath portion. If you have a yoga mat, please bring one with you, as many find laying down once the sound starts is the most comfortable.
