The New Moon (aka the DARK Moon) phase serves as a time to set powerful inteinons for the month ahead. As creators of our own experience, this is an aligned opportunity to honor our minds, our bodies, our journies, and our heart's desires. Please join us in this New Moon Meditation experince.
We will be diving into breathwork, plant medicine (optional), intention setting, and a lovely candlelight meditation.
