About the event
This four day all inclusive retreat is designed to connect you with tools and techniques that help process trauma, remove self-imposed blocks and get to the heart of your healing journey . Through two guided plant medicine experiences, meditations, breathwork sessions, yoga, and sound and energy medicine, we can help bring awareness to your ability to be in control of your inner peace. While situated deep in the Colorado mountains, Elk Mountain Resort offers luxury amenities including a 5 star restaurant, spa services, lavish king rooms, and nearly 300 acres of seclusion and beauty. Each guest will utilize the spa and receive a massage as part of their integrating and healing process. This unique retreat allows for group time as well as solo adventures by way of nature walks, fire ceremonies, and smaller outdoor gatherings that enhance the classes, journeys and sessions provided.
