About the event
The intention of this Breath Class is the word relax, and allowing the body to remember what it means to be in a complete state of relaxation.
Please bring a yoga mat or camp chair and a waterbottle of you are joining us in person.
We will begin with an introduction and class, followed by breath for 50-60 minutes with a closing SoundBath.
A message will be sent to you with a zoom code the morning of class if you are joining us from home.
