History of Sound Baths:

The history of using sound for wellness dates back thousands of years, and is an ancient practice with roots in Greek and Egyptian cultures. Old world physicians would use musical instruments tuned to certain frequencies to help heal the sick, treat mental disturbances, aid in digestion, and promote good sleep. Sound also has healing roots in Native American culture, and healing songs and rhythms have been passed down from generation to generation.
