Women’s Gathering @Cedaredge

Women's Gathering:

Women’s Group has been gathering for six years on the last Sunday of each month. This is a free gathering created as a space for women to pause, connect, learn, and simply breathe.

Together we explore practical tools for navigating stress and anxiety, including breathwork, mindfulness, and simple practices that can be carried into everyday life. We also make space for deeper conversation and exploration, including our current study of the Gospel of Mary and the theme of direct knowing.

Snacks are provided, and we close our time together with a relaxing sound bath using quartz crystal singing bowls.

There is no cost to attend. Donations are always welcome and help support the continuation of this gathering.
