About the event
This is an incredible and unique opportunity to share and experiencing different tools that are heart focused. There will be sessions in Guided Breathwork and Energy Medicine, Heart-opening Yoga Poses, and a mini hands-on Sound Class in the morning. We will provide snacks and water, as well as yoga mats, bolsters, blankets and a swag bag with some tools for the day. Lunch is being catered, and will be followed by a short movement meditation and a full 432 Hz SoundBath. There will be a post SoundBath self-reflection and journaling segment, with hot tea and coffee avaliable. The Closing Ceremony will end around 3pm. Upon RSVPing, you will recieve an email with instructions for payment.
